Cancellation Policy:

PLEASE NOTE: When you book with us, we hold the Cottage on Main Bed and Breakfast exclusively for you. Therefore, unfortunately if you cancel we may have to charge you.

• Less than 7-5 days 50% of deposit will be forfeited
• 48 hours (2 days) or less full payment will be forfeited
• No Show – forfeits total amount due either by keeping monies collected or debiting of credit card by details submitted
